1. When will my order ship?

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after full payment is received. If the item you ordered is temporarily out-of-stock, you will be contacted by our customer service representatives. You can choose to wait for restocking or cancel the order.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most packages will be shipped from our USA warehouse with UPS or USPS directly. Domestic shipment usually takes  3-7 business days to arrive after shipped. Delays can occur due to bad weather, incorrect addresses, and delays in customs clearance which are uncontrollable.

3. I did not receive the order confirmation. Has it been fulfilled? Where is my package?
